Booking Policy

To secure an appointment, we require full payment of the appointment fee in advance. Appointments will be confirmed once payment is received. All payments are processed securely.

Appointments cancelled or re-scheduled with less than 48 hour’s-notice, or failure to attend an appointment (no show), will incur a cancellation fee.  Our cancellation policy can be found on our website here.
