We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and it’s important to us that you receive the best care possible, however, arriving late for your appointment, or failing to attend your appointment, potentially prevents other patients from receiving the attention they need. Please note:
- Appointments cancelled or re-scheduled with less than 48 hour’s-notice, will incur a £250 cancellation fee.
- Failing to attend an appointment (no-show) will incur a £250 cancellation fee.
- Repeated instances of late cancellations or no-shows may result in limitations on scheduling future appointments or dismissal from our practice.
Notification of appointments and reminders are sent to all patients via email and SMS so please ensure we have your current contact details.
