Booking Appointments

Credit card details will be taken, and stored, at the time of securing an appointment. No payment will be taken without a patient’s consent unless we have been unable to contact a patient within 60 days of an outstanding payment.  All card details will be stored in a secure, non-accessible manner using Stripe.

Appointments cancelled or re-scheduled with less than 48 hour’s-notice, or failure to attend an appointment (no show), will incur a £250 cancellation fee.  Our cancellation policy can be found on our website here.
