Sara Nikbakhtan is the Practice Manager and Treatment Coordinator at our clinic, playing a vital role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional patient experiences. With a background in Business Management from Westminster University, and a National Diploma in Dental Nursing, Sara brings a rare blend of clinical understanding and strategic leadership to the team.

Since joining the practice, Sara has been instrumental in overseeing compliance, patient coordination, and operational efficiency. She works closely with Dr. Wong and the clinical team to maintain high standards in both patient care and practice administration. Her dual role as Practice Manager and Treatment Coordinator allows her to guide patients through every stage of their journey—from initial consultation and treatment planning to aftercare—making sure each individual feels informed, supported, and confident.

Sara’s extensive experience spans several roles in both private and NHS dental practices, including dental nursing, front-desk management, and compliance supervision. She has also undertaken additional training in orthodontic nursing and dental software systems such as Exact and Pearl, ensuring she remains up-to-date with modern dental protocols and technologies.
