”We booked the first dental appointment for our five-year-old, in the hope his first experience would be as pleasant and gentle as possible. I have to say it could not have been better – everything in Moira Wong’s clinic is geared to offer little patients an enjoyable experience. From the upbeat decor to the video games in the waiting room, to the cartoons playing in the consulting room, the environment could not have been more kid-friendly.
What really made the difference though was the wonderful paediatric dentist who put our little boy at ease and engaged him in a conversation, explaining and anticipating every aspect of the consultation. He was relaxed and curious, and proud to be sitting in the dentist’s chair like a big boy! The little gift at the end was a wonderful touch, which will ensure he is eager to come back when the time for a follow-up visit comes. Overall extremely pleased, and have already recommended it to a few friends!”
