Irina Volk qualified as a dentist in Kiev, Ukraine, in 2000.
In 2008, she completed the Statutory Exams (International Qualification Examination) by the GDC and became a UK-registered dentist.

After realising that most dental problems can be prevented, she decided to dedicate her career to the preventive aspect of dentistry.
Irina has been practising dental hygiene for the last 15 years and is currently providing dental hygiene services at Moira Wong Orthodontics.

Throughout her career, Irina has developed a deep commitment to preventive dentistry, recognising that the majority of dental issues—including gum disease, tooth decay, and plaque buildup—can be prevented with consistent professional care and good oral hygiene habits. Her focus as a hygienist is to help patients maintain healthy teeth and gums through regular dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, and personalised oral health education.

At Moira Wong Orthodontics, Irina provides a wide range of hygiene services including:
