We understand that unexpected situations can arise and we strive to provide you with the best care. However, late cancellations or missed appointments affect availability of appointments for other patients. Please note:
- Appointments cancelled or re-scheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the full appointment fee.
- Failure to attend an appointment (no-show) will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the full appointment fee.
- Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in limitations on scheduling future appointments or dismissal from our practice.
Appointment Fees:
- Specialist Consultation appointments (orthodontics, periodontics and implants) – £275 or £350
- Orthodontic treatment appointments – £250
- Dentistry appointments – £165
- Paediatric dentist appointments – £200
